Cool Wow Collective is looking for its next chapter

Rachel Anderson, owner of Cool Wow Collective

After almost three years of building Cool Wow Collective into a thriving community for freelancers and solo business owners, I've made the decision to find the right buyer to take it into its next chapter.

This isn't a decision I've made lightly.

Cool Wow has been an incredible journey from coworking sessions that bring people together across time zones, to creating a space where solo entrepreneurs can find genuine support and connection. The community we've built matters deeply to me, which is exactly why I want to find it the right steward for the future.

Why now?

I’ve been running two businesses simultaneously, which hasn’t been easy.

And I've recognised that Cool Wow deserves someone who can give it the dedicated attention and energy it needs to reach its full potential. The community has proven its value and sustainability, but it needs a leader who's excited about scaling community-driven businesses.

My skills are best suited to Assembld and my work with tourism and event brands.

What makes Cool Wow special?

Cool Wow isn't just another membership site. It's a carefully cultivated community built on genuine connection rather than hustle culture. Members value the supportive environment we've created, the practical coworking sessions and the no-BS approach to running a solo business.

The business model is proven with:

  • Established membership base with strong retention

  • Clear value proposition that resonates with the target market

  • Systems and processes in place for smooth operations

  • Strong brand recognition in the freelancer and solo business space

What I'm looking for in a buyer

The right buyer will share Cool Wow's values of authentic community building and supporting solo entrepreneurs without the toxic hustle mentality. They'll see the potential to grow and expand what we've built while maintaining the culture that makes it special.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to step into a business with proven traction, an engaged community and clear pathways for growth.

It might suit:

  • An enterprising freelancer, solo business owner or partnership looking to add a new income stream to their business or wind back the client workload and branch into something community-based.

  • An existing brand or business that plays in the productivity, wellbeing or educational space for solo business owners and wants to access an incredible group of women.

If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, or if you know someone who might be the perfect fit, I'd love to hear from you. Email me at hello@coolwowcollective.com for a copy of the sales deck and more information. At this stage, I’m taking offers up to 5pm, Friday 27 June 2025.
