What are Coworking Days?

Coworking Days are structured, social coworking events designed for female freelancers, founders and solo business owners like you. Think of it as the perfect mix of accountability, productivity and a supportive community.

  • Get more done in a supportive, focused environment

  • Escape isolation and work alongside like-minded peers

  • Stay fueled with coffee, tea, and snacks

  • Build connections with people who just get it

It’s easy to feel like you’re working in a bubble when you're on your own. But here, you can get the motivation and support you need to make progress.

From feeling stuck to finally checking things off your list. Whether you need to brainstorm, organise or dive deep into a creative project, you’ll have the space and support to get it done.

What should I work on?

Anything that needs your focus! Whether it’s a creative project, admin tasks, strategy planning or a brainstorming session, Coworking Days give you the time and space to tackle it all. No pressure, just productivity.

Some ideas to get you started:

  • Finally clear out that inbox

  • Tackle admin tasks that have been piling up

  • Plan your next big business move

  • Draft a blog post, proposal or marketing strategy

  • Work on creative projects you’ve been putting off

This is your time to focus on whatever moves your business forward — just keep it respectful of those around you.

Who’s it for?

Coworking Days are perfect for female freelancers, founders and solo business owners who:

  • Want to feel productive and focused

  • Crave connection with other like-minded people working on their own

  • Are tired of working in isolation and need a fresh environment to find their focus

If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place!

Here’s what past Coworking Days attendees have to say

“I thought I may not be too productive in-person because I like to talk and I was very excited about being around people, however I was way more productive than when I'm on my own! I'm easily distracted at home by washing, Netflix and going outside.

The structure is great, everyone was head down during the work sessions which meant I had to be too (even when I wanted to chat). Having the extra space available for meetings was handy as well.

It was a really fun and productive day. I really enjoyed it and can't wait for the next one!”

— Karly Fynn, Event Manager, Turnstyle Events

“I use lots of productivity tools to varying degrees of success - this was very helpful in terms of work admin and focus and productivity! Really enjoyed the structure and someone carrying the "mental load" of that. Takes willpower out of the equation!

It was worth it as an occasional thing because I was so productive and had such a cup-filling day. I loved the day! Loved it!”

— Coworking Days attendee

“The value of coworking extends beyond the social impact. Yes, being in a safe, shared space with others working towards optimum productivity is priceless. But the economic impact it has had on my business is *beyond* what I expected.

Through consistent and validating conversations about running a business with other like-minded female founders, I have had the confidence to improve my marketing by positioning myself as an expert, change some of the ways I operate to ensure I’m more aligned with my values (read, knowing my worth), and have some extra top tips to keep my clients coming back for *my* unique services.

For those overthinking whether to sign up - don’t! Rach is a top notch communicator with fabulous facilitation skills, and will have you motivated to work at your best, and then better again, after every session.”

Rachel Anderson Cool Wow Collective

Meet Your Host, Rach

Hey there! I’m Rach, your host for the day. I'm a copywriter and digital marketer based in Wagga Wagga, NSW — and the owner of Cool Wow Collective

I’ve been where you are. Juggling deadlines, trying to stay motivated and feeling the weight of working solo. That’s why I created these events, to make solo work less, well, solo.

When I started freelancing in 2018, I faced a steep learning curve. Once I found Cool Wow and joined the club, it didn’t take long to get addicted to coworking and bringing the experience in-person

I’m here to make sure you feel supported, seen, and ready to make serious strides in your business. Can’t wait to meet you!
